Customizable chatbots that answer questions based on your uploaded content.
Purchase chat credits that expire after a defined period.
Monitor usage, performance, and leads.
You must:
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

You agree not to:
Use the Service for spam, fraud, or malicious activities.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 6 months.
When connecting your TikTok Business account for automated inbox replies, you agree to the following terms:
No unsolicited messages, harassment, or spamming users
No adult content, hate speech, or illegal material
Max 20 messages per user per 24 hours enforced
No deceptive practices or personal data collection

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate TikTok API access for any account found violating TikTok's policies, these terms, or engaging in abusive behavior. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension of services.
You remain solely responsible for compliance with all TikTok platform rules, including but not limited to TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policies.
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account to our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You are solely responsible for all charges, fees, and costs associated with your WhatsApp Business Account, including but not limited to:
You must maintain a valid payment method with Meta/WhatsApp for your WhatsApp Business Account at all times.
AI Gems Limited will not be responsible for any service interruptions, account suspensions, or additional charges resulting from:
AI Gems Limited is not responsible for, and shall not be liable for, any WhatsApp-related bills, charges, or fees incurred through your use of the WhatsApp Business API.
You must comply with all WhatsApp Business policies, Terms of Service, and Commerce Policy.
Automated messages must clearly indicate they are AI-generated (e.g., "🤖 AI Assistant").
Respect "STOP" commands immediately (within 24 hours maximum).
You are responsible for obtaining consent for data processing as required by applicable laws.

Service Availability: WhatsApp API service availability depends on Meta's infrastructure. We are not responsible for WhatsApp service outages.
Policy Changes: WhatsApp Business policies may change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed about these changes.
Account Status: Your WhatsApp Business Account must remain in good standing with Meta. We cannot assist with account suspensions or bans imposed by Meta.
By connecting your WhatsApp Business Account, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, and acknowledge your sole responsibility for all Meta-related charges and compliance.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these ToU. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These ToU are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
We may update these ToU at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
